Looking for piece of Pastor Bob Beckett around Oct or Nov 1977

I am looking for piece regarding Pastor Bob Beckett who formerly pastored a church called "New Covenant Fellowship" in the 1970's where I attended. I believe the piece was around Oct-Nov. 1977. Pastor Beckett was relieved of duty due to a scandal. How would I go about finding this piece in the paper? If anyone has info. about this, could you email me, please.

Penny - I am trying to find out if Bob Beckett in Hemet, CA is the same as my former pastor Bob Beckett at New Covenant Fellowship. I attended New Covenant from 1974 - 1980. Were you able to find the article you were looking for?
